My Story

I started coding to solve a real problem at my college — the admin processes were broken. No centralized portal, no unified placement system, students emailing spreadsheets back and forth. I built both from scratch. That one project turned into a platform serving 2,000+ students and got me genuinely hooked on building things that actually get used.

Seeing 2,000+ classmates use something I wrote in my hostel room at 2am was more motivating than any grade I’d received. It taught me the real skill isn’t writing code — it’s understanding a problem well enough that what you build solves it for real people, not just in theory.

Now I’m at PepsiCo building AI systems at enterprise scale — agentic workflows that automate tedious processes across real production data. The challenge is the same: understand the system, close the gap, ship something that holds up. The stack is just bigger.

Why AI + Full Stack?

I didn't choose AI and full stack separately — I realized they're the same problem from different angles. You can build the smartest model in the world, but if it lives in a Jupyter notebook it changes nothing. And you can ship the most polished UI, but without intelligent logic behind it, it's just a pretty form. I want to build both halves.

The problems that genuinely excite me are the ones where the difficulty is in the system design, not just the algorithm — multi-tenant platforms where one wrong query leaks data to the wrong org, NLP pipelines where a biased training set silently degrades quality for certain languages, real-time backends where 50ms of added latency kills user trust. These require you to think end-to-end, not just within a layer.

At NIT AP I built platforms serving 2,000+ students because no good internal tooling existed — that friction is what drove me. At PepsiCo I'm working on agentic AI workflows because automating tedious enterprise processes is genuinely useful, not just technically interesting. I care about the outcome, not just the tech stack.

What I'm Working On
  • • Full-stack web platforms for education and training
  • • Deep learning and NLP research projects
  • • Scalable backend APIs and microservices
  • • AI/ML model deployment and optimization

My Journey

2022

Joined NIT Andhra Pradesh

Started B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering. Wrote first meaningful programs, fell deep into algorithms and system design.

2024

First Internship · Institutional Projects Begin

Landed first internship while simultaneously building real tools for NIT AP — a Student Portal and T&P platform where no good tooling existed.

2025

NIT Portal Live · Open Source · 2,000+ Users

Platforms deployed college-wide. Shipped FlowCRM (multi-tenant, 1K+ concurrent users), built transformer and RAG-LLM systems from scratch, contributed to open source.

2026 · Now
Active

Software Engineering Intern · PepsiCo

Building agentic AI workflows at enterprise scale. Working across the full stack — model integration, API design, and production infrastructure.

What People Say

"Jaswanth consistently delivered production-ready features with minimal oversight. His ability to bridge AI research with real engineering constraints is rare for someone at this stage."

M

Manager

PepsiCo · Software Engineering Team

"One of the most proactive students I've supervised. He identified a gap in our institutional tooling and built a full-stack platform serving the entire department — without being asked."
